Report Tabs
Most reports offer tabbed sections, which provide more in-depth results for a given query.
Within the Reviews & Ratings report there are Summary and Details tabs that help users to visualise data easily.
Summary Tab
The Summary tab allows you to quickly identify the average ratings and number of reviews by brand or manufacturer – click on the bars to see a breakdown by retailer and identify any variance across stores.
Details tab
The Details tab enables you to easily identify the average review score for a specific product by retailer, as well as understand the average across all retailers.
- Search particular products to benchmark review scores across retailers
- Filter to only show products with reviews
- No Reviews = product is listed, however there are no reviews for that product
- Not Listed = product is not listed at that retailer
Export
Data can also be exported to provide a more detailed analysis. Reports can be named, saved and scheduled for regular delivery on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
The data exports contain product information, reviews and ratings information by retailer at SKU level, and quick links to live reviews on retailer websites.
Reviews & Ratings – Hints and Tips
Within the tool:
Use the filtering options to view only products that have a specific number of reviews i.e. filter to view only products with less than 10 reviews to see which products may require additional focus.
In the Details tab, sort products by average rating or number of reviews using the drop down.
Click on the retailer name to sort high to low and then click again to sort low to high to identify the SKUs with the best and worst ratings and fewest and highest number of reviews.
Hover over the stars to view the star rating breakdown (if available on the retailer website).
Within the export:
- Filter on the dashes within the retailer percentage columns to show products stocked in the retailer that have no reviews (products not stocked in the retailer show as blank).
- Unhide the columns to view the 'Product Page URL' column. This contains a link to the product page on the retailer website to view the review content.
